Screen Enclosures & Aluminum Structures

  • Conventional Screen Enclosures

Heavy-wall aluminum framing, stainless steel fasteners, custom door options, oversized structural gutters, premium screening materials & professional installation practices all ensure that even if you’re opting for one of our “Standard” enclosures, you’re still receiving a top-of-the-line enclosure system. Our industry experts are happy to go over all of the extensive options available when designing your enclosure system, without the high-pressure sales approach many other construction companies take. We believe that an informed decision is a good decision and when something as visible as a screen enclosure is going to be installed on the back of your home, you want it to be designed with you in mind. Typical opening sizes for most conventional enclosures are typically around 7’ in between posts, with a chair-rail system usually installed between 24”-36”.

  • Ultra-View Screen Enclosures

Panoramic screen walls for increased visibility are just one reason clients are choosing this style of build for their homes. These enclosures are becoming increasingly more popular and even recommended by professional structural engineers and industry experts to avoid catastrophic failure during a high-wind event, such as a hurricane. Large screen panels are designed to blow out at high winds, relieving the wind load pressure placed on the structure which ultimately saves the enclosure itself from complete failure. Typical opening sizes for most 1 -story builds with 4” x 4” posts average around 20’-25’, and up to 40’ with 6” x 6” posts.

  • Ultimate-View Screen Enclosures

When conventional framing options are not adequate to achieve the desired design or strong enough to span large distances, we utilize the 4” x 10” UV beam designed by Ultimate View Extrusions. This is the strongest, most capable beam system available anywhere in the industry and requires specialty equipment to install. Applications for this product can be used in a variety of ways, from providing customers with the largest possible screen wall opening sizes, solid roof support beams to eliminate posts separating screened spaces from solid roof spaces and even commercial structure installation for massive pergola and carport systems. Typical opening sizes for most 1 story builds can average anywhere between 40’ - 60’, with certain builds being able to achieve 70’+, depending on roof span.

  • Multi-Story Enclosures

Looking to enclose a space and not feel like you’re screened in? Perhaps a 2 or 3 story enclosure is more in line with your needs.. Constructed with the same high-quality building materials and professional building practices as our 1-story enclosures, our multi-story screen systems are engineered, designed and assembled to exceed Florida Building Code standards and deliver an unparalleled feeling of openness while still providing the bug and debris-free benefits that come with enclosure ownership.

  • Composite Roof Systems / Hybrid Enclosures

Looking to add a bit of shade or need relief from the rain for outside entertaining? A composite roof system may be exactly what you’re looking for.. Composite roofing panels provide instant protection from the sun, rain, hail, and even snow (depending where you live, of course). These roofing systems vary in thickness according to their application and are structural, meaning you can apply various roofing materials to the topside to blend with your home’s aesthetic, walk on them for servicing / gutter cleaning, and include integrated electrical conduits and internal mounting beams to accommodate lighting, ceiling fans, or veneer cladding underneath to dress up the appearance to further integrate with your home’s design. If you are looking to have a solid roof extension completed and entertaining the idea of incoporating a solid roof area, be sure to ask about our hybrid screen / solid roof designs.
